Who is responsible for tenants' bills

From 1 October 2021, the retail account holder is responsible for all lines charges. These charges will be invoiced to the retail account holder, by their retailer as our agent. 

If you are a landlord, but not the retail account holder - you will not be billed for lines charges.

If you or your tenant have a private agreement to split the power and lines charges, you should talk to them about the best way forward.
